AP-365 not provisioning in Master

    AP-365 gets a DHCP address and connects to Master temporarily.  Unable to name AP or add AP to AP Group. Master is a 7240 with 6.5.3.3. Layer 2 switch is a Cisco WS-C3750X-48P with IOS version 12.2(55)SE5. Replaced 365 and cable with the same result. Any ideas would be appreciated.  Thank you.

    do you have CPSec enabled? Do you have sufficient AP licensing? Is this a brand new AP or was it previously on a controller?

    do you have CPSec enabled? CPSec not used.  Its not enabled.

    Do you have sufficient AP licensing?   Yes

    Is this a brand new AP or was it previously on a controller?  I've swapped new APs(AP-365_US) 4 times.
