AP as AP & AM

    i have an AP that work as AP & AM  ... is it recommended to have separate AP for AM ?

    i found that ADHOC & Contain rouge Manually didnot work if AP worked as AP+AM ... but worked if dedicated AM , ?

    Aruba recommends deploying approximately one AM for every four APs deployed to ensure effective containment. For increased accuracy when using location services and to increase the ability to detect threats from outside the physical building, Aruba also recommends deploying AMs around the inside perimeter of the building. While APs complement the AMs for rogue identification, dedicated AMs are preferred for containment.
