AP replacement

    Can someone direct me on how to sumit an RMA to replace 4 bad APs I have sitting on my desk. I tried the Aruba webpage but didn't get anywhere there. I have 3 - AP 105s that are dead and 1 - AP-125 that on bootup gives me a hardware failure message. I'd like to get these off my desk.  Thanks

    You can open a case with TAC by calling 1-800-943-4526 in the US or see this page for other countries numbers:

    You can also email support@arubanetworks.com.

     

    If the APs are under ArubaCare or the limited lifetime warranty, TAC will start the RMA process for you.
