AP135 passthrough

    Forgive me if this is already answered.

     

    We are a K-12 getting ready for state testing. We have some schools where we need to deploy some temporary AP's to fill in gaps. Is it possible to configure the unused ethernet port on a AP-135 as a passthrough to daisychain an additional AP on a temporary basis?

    No, you should not daisy chain APs

    That's what I figured but thought I'd throw the question out here and ask.

     

    Is it just not recommended or will doing so actually cause more problems than its worth?

    Maybe you.can put a small hub/switch where the first AP124 is then run 2 APS off that? or set up a mesh???
