    How does this FCC ruling affect Aruba Network with respect to wireless networks and customers protecting their investment in providing a reliable wireless medium for clients.

     

    Here is the information from the FCC public notice report No. 3012.

     

    "Petition of American Hotel & Lodging Association, Marriott International, Inc., And Ryman Hospitality Properties for a Declaratory Ruling to Interpret 47 U.S.C. 333, or, in the Alternative, for Rulemaking."

     

    While this may not be directed at Aruba Networks but the FCC results may prove to be interesting if not clearifed or addressed with the FCC.

    to make a risk assessment.

    Thank you for the quick repsonse. We will be on the lookout from Aruba networks and the FCC with any updates that may come out of this latest ruling and what clearification are made.
