    Hi all,

I've a special behavior with an A7220 controller in 6.3.1.10 version.

I've an issue only on one model Printers (EPSON) that once they have been authenticated by the controller , they said that there a duplication IP.

At the beginning i thought it was the firmware of the printer because we faced some difficulties whit it but

We have captured the session and we see arp request seems to be looped by the controller

To solve the issue we are forced to desactivate the arp broadcast filter or to deny communication between users,

Is there anybody that has this type of issue ?

You mean that by changing the user idle timout it will change the user table update or something like that ?
