Re: Aruba Controller 620 Upgrade error

Try running:

tar logs tech-support

tar crash

delete flash: logs.tar
delete flash: crash.tar

Re: Aruba Controller 620 Upgrade error

[ Edited ]

Take a look at this post about deleting old files:

http://community.arubanetworks.com/t5/ArubaOS-and-Controllers/Which-files-can-I-delete-in-my-A200/td-p/11046

Also, try doing the upgrade from the GUI (local file upload). Sometimes it requires less free memory.

If you are still unable to upgrade at that point, please open a TAC case.
