A former tech had registered multiple licenses under is email account and I am looking to transfer them to my account. Can someone tell me the process of this? I am currently able to login with his credentials but I do not see a transfer option.

If you are from the same organization (domain) you can have support merge your accounts under that domain, so everyone can see everything).

we've asked many times to merge the domain, it worked for you support cases but for licensing for some reason, it was never done or the licensing department runs into issues.

I just finished a call with support and they transferred licenses from 3 other former employees to one account for me. I was a very easy process.
I just opened a new case and it was done painlessly...so I don't get why it was not possible before...oh well...
