I need to provision RAP2 and RAP5 devices in bulk and would like to be able to whitelist an entire box of fifty and then plug them in 10 at a time to a switch and walk away.

Is there a way to configure a DHCP option or DNS with the remote controller FQDN so that the RAPs will automatically provision wihout needing to access the web console on each one to manually type in the controller address?

I realize this seems a little picky, but when you are provisioning these things in mass it can make for a huge timesink.

    TiA!

Yes you can do that. Add the below two options in your DHCP serv

    option 43 text <master-ip>
    otion 60 text ArubaAP

If you are not using your default AP group for anything, you can also add a provisioning profile the the default AP group that will turn the APs into a remote AP, make them certificate based and point them to the master's public ip address that you want.
