CP-redirect

    We have a standalone master setup (6000 M3 w/ 6.3.1.9 FIPS AOS) and the cp-redirect address is IP address of the standalone controller. As more user connect to the wireless the slower the captive-portal response is and accessing the controller via WebUI is very very slow. My question is since we're not using ClearPass do I need the cp-redirect address configuration? Also, is there something I can do about the slowness of the controller WebUI access as more useers connect to the wireless.

    Our web-max-clients is at 60 I do not see any change. From what I've been told the cp-redirect configuration is only used if you're going to an external device like ClearPass. Since we're not using ClearPass do I need to disable the cp-redirect address configuration?

    Run these command and check your controller memory & flash,

     

    #show memory

    #show storage
