Can I use AP fast Fail over between two different VLANs?

Now I have 4 Controllers 2 Master (VRRP Scenari) and 2 Locals

I terminated access points on loclas and I want to use the Master (VRRP IP) as the Backup but I'm Using the diffrent Vlans in Controllers conections VLAN 20 and use Access points connection to locals on local 1 VLAN 10  and on local 2 VLAN 11 now the 2 locals configured with DHCP for access points all switchs ports are access VLAN 10 now what is the best scnario to do so .
