Have one vlan for my clients which routes through a campus router.  Clients get gateway info through dhcp from campus Infoblox server.  I am unable to ping from client to client, however, if I ping each client from the controller, then the two clients can ping each other fine.  If wifi is turned off of the clients and turned back on after a minute or so, again they cannot ping each other.  Only after pinging each device from the controller can the clients start pinging each other.  Suggestions?

In your Virtual AP, make sure you have both "Drop Broadcast and Multicast" and "Convert Broadcast ARP requests to unicast" are enabled in your virtual AP.

What else is there about your configuration that I should know?

Under the VAP profile for that SSID, check if "Deny inter user traffic" is checked. Users on same SSID wont be able to communicate if that is checked.
