    - Wireless is a shared medium. That means that devices can affect the performance of others.

    - Wireless drivers can play a part in performance.  If a wireless card does not perform well at a specific rate, the AP and the client will negotiate to a lower rate to possibly improve performance.  You should then try to upgrade drivers to improve performance.

    - Those devices that are at low speeds could be leaving the coverage area or dormant, and that will produce those low speeds.

    - Your channels have an "E" after them, which means 80 mhz, which means it is 4 channels bonded together.  It is possible one or more channels have interference.

    - You should have your device in your hand to ensure that it is not too far away and it is not in an impaired state.

Check to see what band the device is connected to

Check to make sure that there is no high utilization on any of the bands.

Check to make sure there is no interference.

Check to make sure you are using broadcast filtering on all of your SSIDs.
