Configuration Compatibility from 6.2 to 6.4

    Hi All,

     

    I have a 7210 controller which is running in 6.2 version. if i take the configuration of that controller and paste it in another 7210 controller which is running in 6.4, will it work ? or configuration will not support..?

    Some commands will work, other commands are new and will not work, so it would be unpredictable.  6.2 and 6.4 are two different major versions of code and it probably should not be done (I personally would not do it).  Some commands are the same, and for those commands it would be fine.  Other commands have changed, or values changed through the upgrade process.  It is not a good idea.
