Controller XML-API Unknown User

    I have successfully setup an XML-API server to talk to our controllers but each time I run the script I get an "unknown user" error. I'm posting the XML in the correct format, running user_query against a MAC address that is in the user table on the controller (confirmed via show user table).

     

    My ultimate goal is to be able to blacklist a user but even that command returns the "unknown user" error - that seems to be the only response I can get regardless of the XML syntax. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Sure help to read ALL the documentation - I was not including the required IP address information and once I did, success.
