    Hi guys,

     

    Does aruba have log or debug analysis software?

    I heard cisco had one, but I forgot the name of that.

    This kind of software you can input your log and it can tell you what happened to your device.

    Hi,

     

    Yes Aruba uses Glassbeam for this purpose, Glassbeam customised the tool according to the Aruba requirements. we can parse the logs/crash to Glassbeam, Glass beam will analyse it produce NSR (Network Summary Report) along with warnings, messages  etc. this tool is available for Aruba TAC engineers.
