    Hi,

Can anybody tell me what kind of action need to be taken by the connected STA's, when the AP announces the CSA on its Beacons?

Whether all STA's need to Associate to AP on new Channel?

    Thanks,

You first need clients that would respond correctly to a channel switch announcement, otherwise clients will simply roam to the same or another access point.

    Hi Joseph,

    Thanks for the reply.

If I have the proper 11h clients which understands CSA, the Association(roaming) on new channel is must right? Consider I have only current profile is saved.

The best explanation of what should happen is here:  https://mrncciew.com/2014/10/29/cwap-channel-switch-announcement/

Ultimately, the client can decide not to follow the access point to the new channel.
