Re: Error in SNMP polling: Timeout(thin_ap_status)

Somehow it seems like your controller is not responding to snmp.
It also seems like you are out of licenses.

Re: Error in SNMP polling: Timeout(thin_ap_status)

Dear Joseph

Yes, My Arirwave is out of licensed, the purchase is underway,。so, the cause of Aruba down is AirWave sending a reboot command to the controller.,where can I find the log ?

Re: Error in SNMP polling: Timeout(thin_ap_status)

Airwave will not send a reboot command to controller if you are out of licenses.  The controller not responding to SNMP is a different issue.  Can you get into the controller and type "show version" on the commandline?
