Error web-browser GUI wizard

    Please,

    I'm using version 6.2 of the controller firmware 3200...
    When I open the wizard appears an error of java and Feedback "panel navigator" but does not open any panel configuration...
    What do you?

    What browser are you using?

     

    Please try to clear your browser cache and try again...

    I did it! I used IE8/9 and firefox

    Please open a support case and use the console to bring the controller up initially.
