After updating to 7.6.4 my campuses and buildings in VisualRF show "excessive down APs" even though that's not the case. Restarting AMP and rebooting the system didn't help. Any ideas?

Are there any errors in the /var/log/visualrf/visualrf.log or visualrf_msg.log?

Both log files show a lot of errors like this one:

    2013-06-07 13:45:22,160 ERROR AirBusMs[1]  com.airwave.model.external.SubscriptionMessageTask AP ID[192] discovered by Type[com.airwave.model.AccessPointRadio] Key[79.2] has no matching Radio at 5.0GHz

This may be an issue with the catalog repository.  What make / model of AP is at  id 192?

You can get to the device quickly by doing:

    http://your.amp.name.here/ap_monitoring?id=192

Also, please open a support case as this will require both support and development interaction to arrive at a fix.

Id 192 is an AP61. I'll open a support case as you suggested.

    Thanks for your quick replies!
