    NETWORKER123,

We cannot provide you with help if you do not tell us:

    - What kind of device is this?

    - Is it using encryption to the wireless?

    - What traffic does it need to pass to the update server?

By default all of those parts are allowed in the authenticated role unless the authenticated role has been modified.
