How to assign an IP address to a controller

First I want to remove a IP address associated with vlan1 that is 192.168.100.2
And then I want to create vlan100 and assign the same IP address to vlan 100 and make that as controller IP address...
I NEED TO KNOW CLI CMDS FOR THE ABOVE...
