    Hi friend,

What do you mean by deleting AP ?? can you elaborate please ??

If you have provisioned your RAP as cert based it will be reprovisioned automatically , provided you have configured your RAP white list DB properly.

If you have provisioned your RAP as PSK based and if you have purged the AP, you have re provision the AP as a RAP otherwise if it is not purged don't worry, it will come up automatically, provide if the AP is reachable to the controller.

Please feel free for any further query on this.

what i mean by deleting is, when you remove down AP from the controller. Right now the AP is up and reachable from the controller. But not showing up in controller up AP list.

    Hi.

After removing it from the database, have rebooted the AP, if not simply reboot and abserve the following.

Can you see the IPSec tunnel up use " show crypto ipsec sa" or "show datapath tunnel"

Can you see any traffic from that AP. run "show datapath session | include < Ip of the AP>

look for the UDP 4500 and UDP 8211 traffic between AP and the Controller.

BTW also look at the flag at  " show ap databse " output.

Please feel free for any further query on this

This why i'am create this support thread. the AP is there and active after field check. Ip address is reachable from controller. But the AP is not listed in show ap database

    Hi,

Can you see any PAPI traffic ( UDP 8211) or NAT-T traffic ( UDP 4500) from the AP ? you can verify by using "show datapath session | include <IP address of the AP>

Please feel free for any further help on this
