    your screenshot shows that you have enabled snmp and enabled snmp-traps to be sent to 2 different places. This is from the controller side, you configure PRTG to monitor the controller. APs are thin APs, therefore you cannot monitor them directly unless you use Airwave or build your own way to SNMP walk the controller to get AP status.
