The given information is not enough to identify the issue, please share the AP techsupport file.
follow the bellow steps to get the tech support .
1. Diagnostics --> Technical Support
2. Select the AP name from the dropdown list.
3. Enter the report name.
4. Create and download the report file.

I would wait until you are back onsite. You won't have any useful information if you are not there.
