IAP-103 radio 5GHz is down

    Hi,

     

    I've a strange issue with two IAP-103, namely leds PWR ENET 5GHz are on and green, 2.4GHz is off, but SSID is visable only on 2.4

    On console I noticed this error:

    sapd config ERR or radar found: setting wifi0 wrong channel 11 or country 578, vap mode 8
    wifi0: Channel 11 cc=242 not found

     

    What can be a problem?

    What version of IAP software is this?

    What country code are you using?

    6.4.4.4-4.2.3.1 but the same problem with previous software version which I used 6.4.3.1-4.2.0.1

     

    What country code are you using?

    NO (NORWAY) but, I changed it, in order to see if makes the difference.

    I would contact TAC.  You could have a hardware issue.

    You might be right, I checked 3 IAPs, and 3rd was okay.
