Hey guys, I limit our bandwidth to 3000Kbps, but when doing speed test's while on this network I still get my full internet pipe 20Mbps.  Is there something I can check to find out why this isn't working?

Can you try decreasing that value to something lower like 300K and see what happens and then confirm it is getting applied :

    test_iap# show  network TEST-NETWORK | include "Per-user Limit"

    Per-user Limit:        :300 kbps

I was able to test it and it worked , I am using 6.2.1.0-3.4.0.1_39461

I decreased it down to 500kps, but was still getting 20Mbps in my speedtest.net app

    Version: 6.2.1.0-3.4.0.1_39461

Is that the "3.4.0.1" part of the version?
