With this service at the first access of the user his MAC is saved as KNOWN ENDPOINT, but one user can have more then one Device, there is a manner to associate all device to account?

I need to do a serarch to understand how many device have any user.

    Can you help me?

    Best regards

    Andrea

It is more like the username is associated to the Endpoint.

You can search the endpoint db and filter on the attribute which will show all devices that the particular user has registered with.

Is that what you were looking for?

    Hi,

    thanks for your answer.

my issue is due to active session tab, where i can found only the MAC and not the username.

So i'm looking for a way to associate active session with account, and the only way that i found is MAC address.

    Regards

    Andrea
