We have an Aruba A200 controller which has the CF card formatted.

We have configured an IP address but are unable to ping any connected devices or even its self.

We have tried using the command upgrade init but we get  the output:

unknown command 'fpga' – try ‘help’

unknown command 'cab'  – try ‘help’

unknown command 'robo' – try ‘help’

This post has the same issue but the fix here did not work for us.

     Any help would be appreciated.

Please contact support, but not sure if they can do anything for you.  There are no user-serviceable parts in a controller.

EDIT.  IF you are trying one port on the 200, please try the opposite port, to see if it works.
