    Hi Team,

     

    Good Day. 

     

    I am having some issues where only OPPO model phones are unable to connect to the wireless SSID, it gets a timeout and try again later message. I have checked on the CPPM logs and it appears to be an authentication reject from the AD. (Attached). The same username/credential works on another android phone version 6.x. 

     

    Has anyone encountered similar issues?

     

    Please assist.
