I cannot connect to the wifi at work becuse I keep getting blacklisted for CP-Flood. Everytime I'm removed it happens again immediately. My helpdesk is not interested in figuring out why or looking at the logs. I shut off mobile data as a suggestion from other forums and I removed some apps that I don't use. I have lookout on my phone which scans for viruses and it doesn't detect anything .Is there any way I can figure out what on my phone is causing it?

Your device is sending out 802.11 beacon frames. Do you have any third-party wireless tethering software installed? Is your device rooted/jailbroken?

I don't have any third party tethering software that I am aware of, just what came on the phone (Galaxy Note 4 T-moble) and no my phone isn't rooted.

If your IT department isn't able to assist in further troubleshooting, your likely only option is to factory reset the device.

There's not much we can do to assist without information from the network side.

Is there any software that I can install on the phone to find out what is sending out these beacons?
