I'm running a W-7210 Controller with only 40 access points, purchased through Dell. I've purchasd an additional 5 access points and licenses which I am now trying to put into the License Management System. I've added all the necessary information into the various lines fo the "Activate certificates" tab of the management system and agreed to the EULA. When I click on "Activate" I get the following message come up at the top of the page...
Please Review your Mobility Controller platform documentation for supported AP capacity
I'm not sure what this means and I'm not able to actually activate the licenses that I've just spent 6 weeks waiting for.
Can anybody suggest what I'm doing wrong?

Please open a TAC case, if you have not done so already. Which portal are you using to activate the licenses?
