Profile Download Failed on VIA Client?

    I have an issue with VIA it can not connect to Controller as shwen it was working fine till I upgraded to OS 6.3

    I recommend you open a tac case.

     

    But try the following and see if that helps:
    Unckeck Auto Upgrade and SSL Fallback

    How do you get to the screen to uncheck auto-upgrade and SSL Fallback?
