    Hello，

    I have a combination of 7205+207, the version is 6.5.3.7, use local captive portal authentication, connect to the external radius server, use the radius service automatic timeout after a period of use, the controller aaa test server is timeout, after a long time radius service The automatic recovery is normal. The second time this happens again, the customer powers off and restarts the controller, and the authentication is restored to normal. Now, what is the problem is not found.     How far away is the radius server?

    On the commandline of the controller type "show log security all" to see if there any radius "out of service" messages.

    Thank you for your reply, there is a firewall between the radius server and the controller. I checked the security log, but there is no message about the radius stop, the controller is restarted, and the logs are gone.
