Is there a benefit to turning Real-Time VoIP analysis on in order to troubleshoot SIP issues? Right now I don't have Control Plane Security turned on so that would mean downtime and the forward mode of the tunnel is encrypt.
If you are running AOS 6.4, you should be able to see a UCC dashboard to help you with troubleshooting. You can also use Airwave 8.0 to track historically VoIP call quality.
