    It is time to renew our SSL certificate on our controllers & I'm wondering what kind of down time to expect. I plan to do it after hours but my company is 24/7/365 so I am trying to see if this is something I need to worry about.

     

    Also was wondering if I need to reboot the controller as part of the process after installing the new certificate?

    You do not need to reboot the controller. There will be a few seconds HTTPS service related outage whilst the HTTPS web server restarts.
