I have a customer with a guest admin account set up on their IAP cluster.  The want to be able to SSH to the controller to use CLI scripts to maintain guest accounts but are unable to access the cluster via SSH when they login with the guest admin account.  Is there a workaround for this ?

    Thanks.

I think the Guest admin is WebUI only. For scripted/automated user management, you may check the XML-API: http://www.arubanetworks.com/techdocs/Instant_41_Mobile/Advanced/Content/UG_files/Services/xml_api.htm

Detailed documentation about this API is in the ArubaOS (controller!) User Guide. See also: http://community.arubanetworks.com/t5/ArubaOS-and-Controllers/XML-API-documentation/td-p/13953
