Setting up firewall rules for change in ISP - no TFTP

Hi all, we have two 3000 series controllers and we are going from a private WAN, so another ISP. We are having to specify ports etc... They won't allow TFTP over the net, is this a problem? Its because its not secure??

What needs to connect to what over the internet?  TFTP is only used for NEW access points booting up.  After that access points only use FTP to upgrade.
