UCC Data from Ascom Phones

    We currently have two different sites that both uses Ascom phones.  The only difference between the sites are the Ascoms at one location are setup to use H323 and the other location is setup to use SIP.  We are able to see a good amount of UCC data from the site that uses SIP, however, we get nothing from the site that uses H323.

     

    Just checking to see if anybody had any thoughts before I reach out to Ascom.

    There are many different implementations of H323 and those are the hardest to reflect any type of call statistics for.  SIP is well defined and produces decent call statistics.
