Which version are you running on the MM's?
Are your MC's 72xx series?

Have you had a look to the following document: http://community.arubanetworks.com/t5/Technology-Blog/AOS-8-1-Cluster-Live-Upgrade/ba-p/301644
Does your solution meet the requirements?
Thanks
Borja

Hi Borja,
Thanks for the document link.
The APs and Clients work fine in cluster, but I couldn't copy image successfully into cluster partition.
I have already used both TFTP and FTP but It isn't working :(.
Thanks,

You're filling out the path and version with full filenames, which is confusing the download process. It will use the values of those fields to generate the correct filename based on the architecture of the controllers in the cluster.
For path, since you're using TFTP, just use a single dot "." for path.
For version, don't give it a filename, just the version suffix - "8.2.0.2_62929" in your case.

I had already filled out at version "8.2.0.2_62929" and "8.2.0.2" but It's not working :(.
I have to open a TAC case but Aruba engineer can't help. He tested on his lab, everything is ok, but in my system, couldn't load image into cluster.
I can't upgrade with downtime.
Anyone can help me please

Just to cover all your bases, have you verified that the TFTP content is properly accessible? You could try manually using the copy command from controller to retrieve the image file to rule out problems on the server side.
