Upgrading Issue

    Hey Guys

    I m facing an issue with 620 , When i upgrade it form AOS 6.4.0.3 to 6.4.1 it keeps give me errors such as:

    - upgrade from USB : no file found 

    - Upgrade TFTP : cant verify the version 

    - Local option is dimmed 

     

    Can any body help me

    Are you sure you are using the correct upgrade file?  Which one are you using?

    I solved the Issue , by Booting with Partion 1 and upgrade Partion 0
