    Hi there

     

    We have two Aruba controllers in a Master/Standby configuration and i need to upgrade the firmware on both of them, from reading the instructions for the firmware upgrade it says to upgrade the standby controller first and then the master controller if there is no problems with the standby controller upgrade.

     

    The problem is i cant login to the standby controller from the Web GUI as its not recognising the password, the two controllers should have the same user accounts and the database is synching across to it correctly from the master controller. Are you suppose to be able to login to a standby controller directly?

    You need to be able to log into the standby controller individually.  The management accounts for controllers is not synchronized.
