    Hi, I am working on a project that requires a user experience test for wifi. Is there any checklist/best practices on that subject?

    In my experience the customer is often the person who provides or helps with generating the UAT. Reason being that they are usually specific for each customer. E.g. testing different applications, application response times, etc.

     

    Obviously there would be some default ones regarding roaming, coverage, expected connection speeds..

    The information provided is very helpful.

    Do you know if there is any documentation that can be used as a guide? Having a document like that can help to advise the customer if the results of a User Experience Test can be accepted or not.

    I don't have a template to offer but I'd recommend having a read of this post by Andrew Von Nagy. It should give you some ideas of what to include.
