    Aruba controller not showing username of the connected controller? Any idea?

     

    Controller details as below:

     

    Model : Aruba3600

    Version : 6.3.1.0

    It's using EAP-SIM as authentication method.

    Can you please show us the output of "show user-table verbose"

    EAP-SIM usually will show the IMSI (International Mobile Subscriber Identifier) to identify the device; not a username.    The IMSI is a string made up of a few items (Mobile Country Code, Mobile Network Code, and the Mobile Subscriber Identification Number).
