I'm trying to setup VIA but I'm not having much luck:-( I can connect to the landing place and download the client, but when I try to download the profile, I get an error:
Retreiving configuration from server ..............Failed
Invalid configuration...................contact IT helpdesk
I have followed the VIA UG, but it's not very detailed concerning the settings in the connection profile.
How can I troubleshoot this further?
I am running 18.104.22.168 with the latest VIA clients
Any help is apprecieated!

That is the document I have beeen following! However, it turns out that the error is due to some NATing issues on the firewall, so chances are that my configuration is fine after all.
