VIA running Slow

    Hi All, I am running VIA client 2.0.1.0.30205 and Controller OS 6.1.0 and I have issues with users complain the client is very slow at connecting. It takes multiple tries.

     

    Looked at the screen it first says

     

    Remote Server Access - Not Reachable

    Remote Server Access - OK

    Connecting to Remote Server - Started

    VPN Session - Initializing

    Connecting to remote Server - Started

     

    This process takes at least 20 sec's

     

    But if we use the windows vpn client to connect to the same controller there is no issues connects in seconds.

    Hi,

    Can you please send the via logs for debugging purpose?

    Do you still see the problem?
