VMC doesn't recognize MC-VA-50(RW) license

    Hi Guys!

    I've deployed two VMC as a cluster without VMM and we have bought two MC-VA-50(RW) licenses to support up to 100 CAPs and bought all others license to deploy this scenario.

    Yesterday, after all configuration executed, we tried to put on in production but the VMC recognize only 32 CAPs even after we added all necessary licenses.

    All others CAPs, mean the CAPs number 33 or other, start to reboot and doesn't connect to the VMC.

    Someone had this problem ?

    Our technical team has opened an ticket to HPE.

    Try to raise VM requisites:

     

    6GB of RAM

    4 x CPU CORES

    That is the trick!

    Now we can see all necessary CAPs available.

    We gonna do this in the customer environment tonight.
