Are there more possibilities than described in the manual?

Something like saving data on an external usb stick?

(I'm very new in Aruba, please don't judge me for stupid questions :))

    There are no stupid questions.

The USB port could be used for a cellular modem.

You can attach an external bluetooth beacon.

And if you power the AP externally or via PoE+, you could use the port to provide USB power to external devices. Not common, but might help is some niche scenarios.

Can it be connected to a printer? and have that printer on the same network?

The only current applications of the USB port that I'm aware of are for USB  Aruba Meridian beacons and providing USB power.
