Please read this thread it has good links to get you started with your IAP

http://community.arubanetworks.com/t5/Aruba-Instant-Cloud-Wi-Fi/Technical-Documentation-for-Aruba-Instant-AP-Where-I-can/m-p/126057#M3650

A couple of tips:

- First your IAP needs to be able to get an IP address to come up

- Once it does then the "instant" SSID will start to broadcast

- When you connect to that you will get a NATted IP provided by the Instant AP

- Open a browser and go to "instant.arubanetworks.com" , default "username/password=admin"
