We have configured VRRP for master and backup master controllers. We need to integrate CPPM with master now. Do I need to use the VRRP ip-address as the radius client in CPPM? or Do i have to use the real address of the interface?.

Not only CPPM, we need to integrate other services such as logging & NTP. Which ip address do i need to use?

You need to use the real address.  VRRP only virtualizes with traffic that is coming into the controller(s), initiated by an external host.  Anything traffic  initiated by the controller will have the controller's ip address.
